John Michael Green - Still the Innocent (Rare 1980 Canadian Private Psych Folk LP)

 

Solid, obscure canadian album, not too sure if John Michael Green released any other material.
A beautiful album, with psychedelic touches and interplay between John and the enchanting voice of Kim Buller, some dark moments mixed with pop and folkrock.
Some tracks are plain folk with vocals and guitar, others are psychedelic folk rock with fuzz guitars and additional female vocals, and to top it off, some timeless, deep lyrics. (review taken from discogs)

Prentice & Tuttle - Every Loving Day (Wonderful 1972 US Rural Psych Folk LP on RPC)

 

This collectable record by Steve Prentice and Stephen Tuttle is a fragile psych folk record with strong rural Americana feeling.
Most of the songs were recorded in a small apartment in Boston, Steve had a job as a printer, and Stephen was working in a warehouse.
They had their own equipment to record a number of takes after work and weekends.
Steve and Stephen met with John Gerbron and David Cain at the Knowles House to do a couple of songs. Tapes finished in early June 1972 at Stephen's house outside Philadelphia.
