Stephen Raley - Won't You Hurry Us Home ... Wish We'd All Been Ready (Excellent 1972 US Xian Loner Folk LP on Angelus)

 

Totally obscure Californian loner folk psych issued on Angelus (same label than Fraction).
Deep introspective vocals with a Perry Leopold feeling.
Very rare album ... and a little masterpiece !

Recently discovered excellent early 1970's Xian folk LP released on the Angelus label.
This is (in my opinion) one of the 10 most significant Christian folk records ever released.
About half the tracks have a darker Tim Buckley-like loner folk edge, but really the whole thing is great. 
This would certainly be listed in Acid Archives if they ever did a 3rd edition.

Dominique Moimeaux - Les yeux fermés (Extremely rare and ewcellent 1979 French Private Dreamy SSW Folk LP)

 

Dominique Moimeaux only released two privately pressed LPs (on his own label Alcibiade) in 1979 and 1983 and both albums are masterpieces in my opinion !

Harley & J.B. McLain - Natural People's League (Mega rare masterpiece - 1980 US Private Folk LP)

 

Mega rare private Rural Folk/Hippie record out of Eckelson, North Dakota.
Very low press run almost impossible to find, excellent folk sounds with lots of protest type hippie tracks.

A little masterpiece in my opinion !
