Malone & Hutch (Gerry Malone & Paul Hotchkiss) - Sing Irish Songs & Ballads (Extremely rare 1978 US Private "Irish" Folk LP)

"Album recorded live at Brock's Eating and Drinking House, Orange, Conn. and at Red Kastle Studio, Ridgefield, Conn. February and March 1978 using Ampex Recorders and Electro-Voice and AKG Microphones. Recording Engineer : Bill Cafarelli."

"Paul Averill Hotchkiss, 63, of Gay Street, Sharon, Conn., died May 18 at home after a brief illness. He was the father of Margit Hotchkiss of Dalton and the stepson of Magda Gabor-Hotchkiss of Lenox.

An accomplished guitarist, Mr. Hotchkiss began writing songs in his teen years. ShellyRecords recorded his band, Paul and the Fourmost, producing its first hit, "Lovey Dovey." He started his own recording studio, record label and music publishing company, Red Kastle Records and Blue Hill Music. He was "Hutch" of Malone and Hutch, performing country and Irish music with partner Gerry Malone for 30 years throughout greater New England, New York state and Ocean City, Md."
