This album was recorded over a period of two months in Robbies' lounge room except for Dream Song' and 'Ghosts in the Wind', which were recorded at Geoffs'. Because of this fact we readily admit that the quality of the recordings are not as good as those recorded in professional studios. Although after hearing the album we are sure you will agree that the quality of the recording is still extremely high, with the warmth of the original material being our primary concern.
We have been writing songs separately for quite a few years and together agreed to the idea of putting our music down on an album. Because of the prohibitive cost of recording in a studio, Robbie purchased a Teac 4 channel tape deck and other recording equipment and the entire album was recorded on this equipment.The music on this album is an expression of both songwriters, an expression of purpose, love, honesty and freedom. The songs were written with total artistic freedom, they were not written with the sole intention of trying to sell the record.
This album then, is dedicated to all songwriters, who have never had the opportunity to express themselves on record.
We hope that this will not be our last album and we also hold the hope that other songwriters in the same situation can use this album as an incentive.
Robert Woodford & Geoff Causon
It's a super melancholic and heartfelt record with some of the most beautiful love songs I heard in a long time. The songs are mostly acoustic with gentle guitars and harmony vocals, nothing unique here, just lovely folk ballads with a lot of passion.

All songs were written, sung and played by Geoff Causon and Robert Woodford with Karenne performing one solo and backing vocals to other tracks. The trio recorded the disc on Robert's four channel equipment, and had 250 copies made to promote their songs to publishers and media contacts.
